Refund policy

Refund Policy

All items unopened and unused may be returned within 30 days of receipt. Approved returns are refunded at full purchase price. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is on us — a prepaid label will be provided upon approval.

Exceptions — No Returns

• Keyboards: All keyboard sales are final.
• Urushi Keycaps: All urushi keycap sales are final.
• Group Buys: Group Buy orders must be cancelled before the end of the group buy period. Orders cannot be returned after the group buy closes.

How to Initiate a Return

Contact us at buddyog@unrealkeyboards.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos and your order number. We'll make it right.
